Commission Types

Personal

  • Artwork intended for use solely by the commissioner (ie, profile picture).

  • Will NOT be reproduced to scale.

  • May NOT be used for commercial activities (includes promotional materials, regardless of profits gained).

Commercial

  • Artwork intended for mass-production / reproduction on merchandise, or similar media, generally intended for profit.

  • May be used as promotional material / branding.

  • Detailed description of what you would like

  • Minimum 2 [coloured] references

After discussion, you will be provided with an accurate quote and upon confirmation, you will be sent an invoice.* Canadians can request e-Transfer instead

Will You Draw ___?

Will Draw:

  • Fictional character pairings

  • Original characters

  • Fanart

  • Humans / humanoids (some animal traits)

Will Not Draw:

  • Real people pairings

  • Realism / other artist styles

  • Mecha / machinery

  • Architecture

  • Furry

  • Complex backgrounds

  • Controversial topics

Pricing

All costs are in USD unless paying with e-Transfer (cost will be converted to CAD)== Will be completed at a later date ==

Additional Fees:

+ $8 per extra revision during sketch phase
+ $15 per revision after sketch is approved
+ $__ for complexity and/or special requests (varies)

Payment

  • Payment due upfront (in full) within 48 hours of invoice time

  • Payment plan is available for commissions $200 USD and above

  • Rates are non-negotiable

  • Payments are final and non-refundable

  • If you cancel at any time, any payment(s) you already made WILL NOT be refunded and you WILL NOT receive any more progress updates nor files.

Work Process

  • After receiving payment, I will start working

  • Turnaround time is about 14 business days, but may vary depending on my workload and commission complexity

  • You will be sent a rough sketch for approval (allowed 2 revisions)

  • After approval of the sketch, I will start the lineart and colouring (allowed 1 simple revision)

  • You will be sent a low res + watermarked preview of the art before completion

  • Once approved, you will be sent the finished, high-res file(s) via email

  • Revisions and modifications are no longer permitted after the final product has been approved.

Usage and Rights (Personal use)

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms outlined on this web page. I reserve the right to terminate the project immediately without providing compensation and/or refuse future service if any my terms have been breached.

  • You are free to post the artwork on your social media and to use it as a profile picture, background, etc. as long as you DO NOT use it for commercial/ promotional activities.

  • Credit for the artwork would be greatly appreciated, but not mandatory.

  • You MAY NOT remove or the name/ watermark information from the artwork without written permission.

I retain copyright and ownership of the artwork and have rights to the following:

  • Posting to my social media and website(s).

  • Using the artwork in my portfolio and/or as commission samples.

  • Using certain elements of the artwork (patterns, backgrounds, etc.) as assets for current or future projects.
